The Israeli Journal of Humor Research: An International Journal,  is an academic e. journal, inaugurated in the 2012 Krakow International  Humor Conference, under the auspices of the ISHS, International society for humor studies.The journal is published on behalf of  The Israeli Society for Humor Studies. The Journal has a wide and distinguished international advisory board, and aims at an international readership and pool of contributors. The journal is open to any disciplinary perspective that contributes to the scholarly understanding of humor. The Israeli Journal of Humor Research: An International Journal is open-access and free of charge for both the authors and the readers.
